Meet the Board

ICOM Ireland is the Irish national committee of the International Council of Museums (ICOM). It was formally established in 1972 to ‘promote and protect the interests of ICOM and the international museum community, as well as the persons and other entities who support museum programs’. The work of the Board is voluntary and governed by Rules designed to ensure that the National Committee provides maximum benefits to all parties.
